Nikki Nelson
Hi! I’m Nikki. I’m the wild cowgirl behind this operation. I’m a mom of two stubborn cowgirls, wife to a crazy team roper, and a breakaway roper who lives in Southern Idaho. When I’m not in the arena or
chasing kids, I’m either gardening, canning, baking, or cuddling on the couch with my dog and a rom-com. I also enjoy camping, hiking, and hunting with my family.

My Journey
In 2016, I sustained a pelvic injury that the doctors told me I wouldn’t recover from and that my rodeo career was over. Through the power of the internet-I found myself down a rabbit hole that eventually led me to an exercise method designed to rebalance my muscles, improve my posture, and increase my flexibility. These changes helped me get back in the saddle and improve my performance.
I started training to get out of pain and regain function, but in the end-I found myself stronger, more balanced and a much better rider and roper than before. This transformation ultimately led me to become a movement specialist in 2018 so I could share with others what I had learned.
In 2020, I realized the value my training had for other riders and I began designing exercise programs specifically for other rodeo competitors and moms who ride. Today I offer group, private and self-guided online programs that help rodeo women gain flexibility, core strength, balance and overall confidence so they can outride the competition!
